Order Information

Onora is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or outdated information provided by you and is under no obligation to resend orders in such cases.
We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per order, or per address. If your order is changed or cancelled, we may attempt to contact you via email or phone but are not obligated to do so.
Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order. If the package has already been dispatched to the incorrect address, we cannot resend it.
Refund Policy
If eligible, you may request a refund within 30 days of the delivery date, subject to our return and warranty conditions.
Refunds are based on the final paid amount after discounts. Refunds will not be issued after 30 days.
We are not liable for delays, lost packages, or address errors once the package has left our facility.
If marked “delivered” but lost, you must file a claim within 7 business days. For missing or incorrect items, file a claim within 3 business days.
Refunds may take 2–7 days to reflect in your account and will be issued only to the original payment method.
Promotions
Mystery products and free gifts are non-refundable.
If you meet promotional thresholds, you are eligible for only one free gift and/or bracelet per order.
Refunds on promotional orders will be calculated based on the adjusted (discounted) value.
Warranty Claims
Onora reserves the right to deny any warranty claims that do not meet our criteria.
This includes issues such as tarnishing, discoloration, wear and tear, improper use, lost items, or accidental damage.
