Warranty Policy
Onora’s Lifetime Color Warranty
If your jewelry shows significant fading of its gold or silver color, you're eligible to submit a claim anytime. Once approved, you'll receive a replacement or store credit.

Onora’s Broken/Faulty Item Warranty
If you receive a broken item or it breaks due to a manufacturing defect, you can submit a claim within 90 days of delivery.
